i found the location quite convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the front desk staff was helpful in arranging taxis. water and coffee were available in the room, a lovely touch.
my colleague experienced bed bugs during her stay, very concerning. this caused us significant challenges and expenses. i had hoped for some form of compensation, as bed bugs are a serious issue.

the breakfast had good choices and friendly staff. a play area for kids was available. the location is ideal with the nearest u-bahn station about 3 minutes' walk away. the group transport ticket for just 14.10 euro is a great deal. i found many thoughtful sustainability decisions.
